Job Description
1、根据项目要求，带领3D团队负责角色、场景、动画、物件、特效等资源制作以及引擎合入等相关工作；
2、把控3D美术品质和风格，配合程序或TA制定3D制作标准；
3、根据项目进展，规划3D相关各项工作事宜，制定工作计划，分配任务，控制进度；
4、和项目组其它部门协作，优化开发中遇到的3D美术资源相关问题；
5、负责项目中3D外包的品质把控。
Skills & Requirements
1、5年以上游戏行业工作经验，2年以上3D主美工作经验；
2、较好的美术专业能力，较高的审美能力，丰富的模型制作能力，精通游戏美术各类资源开发流程和规范；
4、精通主流3D软件，熟悉PBR和NPR制作流程的要点；
5、熟悉Unity引擎，熟悉资源导入，资源管理，性能优化等，擅长平衡美术表现效果和性能；
6、对于地编(打光、烘培等)、3D角色(卡通、写实等)、特效、动画等都有所接触，且至少在一个或多个领域中精通。
7、热爱游戏，对主流游戏有关注和体验，能对同类游戏产品进行美术表现分析和借鉴。
