职位描述
1. 热爱游戏，至少5年以上3D特效经验，有UE4引擎研发项目经验。
2. 根据项目需求，设计制作高品质英雄技能等特效。
3. 根据项目的特效风格特点(Farlight84)，创作大屏幕下的高品质特效表现。
4. 有3A/主机端游戏项目开发经验者，和射击游戏经验的优先，偏美术向特效人才优先。
Skills & Requirements
职位要求
1. 美术基础扎实，色彩感觉敏锐，较高的审美能力和手绘功底。
2. 具备优秀的特效设计能力和贴图制作能力，以及动态节奏的把控能力。
3. 熟练运用 Cascade 或 Niagara 粒子，模型动画，材质着色器，蓝图后处理等内容。
4. 对3D特效覆盖的技术点和应用性有较强敏感度，同时愿意不断挖掘效果层的表现力。
5. 有较好的沟通协调及表达能力，保持学习精神，并能够实际推进和解决问题。
6. 具备团队协作精神，有主动意识，责任心强并能承受一定压力。
