Job Description
1. In this role you will be responsible for producing high quality 3D representations (renderings, animations and videos) for architectural design projects, working closely with the project teams.
2. Actively participate in and contribute to the development of the visual culture through positive engagement, development of the overall skillset of designers and proactive investigations into new methods of visualisation technology
3. Contribute with photorealistic imagery to the visual narrative of projects, in collaboration with teams and project leaders
4. Produce imagery that effectively communicates design intent to various stakeholders, including clients, collaborators and the general public
5. Create high-quality imagery under tight deadlines, for both exteriors and interiors using technical and artistic design skills
Skills & Requirements
The ideal candidate should:
1. Good taste and aesthetic accomplishment
2. Strong understanding of the project’s design expression and intention. Great ability to capture and carve the expression in composition, light and shadow, building, material and color with high quality;
3. Expertise in Rhino/Maxwell, 3D Max/V-ray, Photoshop, AI and etc. The candidate with AE skill is preferred;
4. At least 3 years relevant working experience,
5. Be highly organized and efficient, able to multi-task through tight deadlines in fast-paced environment;
6. Majored in Architecture, Art, Film or Animation, Bachelor degree or above is preferred.
