And this is where you come into play – we’re on the hunt for an Art Producer who is skilled in navigating internal art production and has experience with outsourcing. In this role, you’ll ensure our art team runs like a well-oiled machine, consistently delivering top-notch assets that align with our ambitious visual standards.
In This Role You Will
- Serve as a driving force in the ongoing growth of Predecessor by proactively assisting and unblocking the art team
- Develop and maintain dependency-driven asset schedules to ensure the successful, on-time release of high-quality content
- Collaborate closely with our skilled art teams to efficiently guide characters and other assets from concept to launch
- In partnership with Art Leadership, improve efficiency and proficiency of art pipeline to increase content flow capacity; including the improvement of outsourcing pipeline and workflow
- Oversee the development of our outsourced art assets such as Skins and facilitate internal reviews that lead to valuable feedback for our partners
- Work in tandem with the Game Production team to achieve project milestones, taking into account available resources and priorities
- Utilize project management tools like Confluence and JIRA to track progress and ensure the timely completion of all tasks
- Organize team meetings, conduct art and in-game content evaluations, while providing actionable feedback and follow-up to participants
- Participate in insightful team discussions about development methodologies, pipelines, and workflows, bringing your unique perspective to the table
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in a production capacity, overseeing art teams in the development and delivery of high-quality art, preferable Characters
- Good understanding of dependency-driven pipelines, scheduling and asset tracking, as well as established project management practices
- Experience improving art pipelines, including outsourcing pipelines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, goal-oriented mindset accompanied by a can-do attitude that eagerly embraces new challenges
- Outstanding communication abilities in both written and spoken English
- A genuine passion for video games (MOBAs are a plus)
Nice to Have
- Experience working within the Unreal Engine
- Experience with performance metrics tracking and optimization techniques
