Team Lead, Capacity & Operations Services
- Manage hardware, virtual machines, storages, CDN and customer accounts
- Data center management: migration, disassembling, and taking new ones into operation
- Procurements and capacity audit
- Negotiations with external partners and internal teams regarding capacity requirements and conditions
- Control and support of an endless loop of servers and services migration, from a single machine and up to datacenter-scale migrations for infrastructures and services
- Collecting specifications and providing hardware for massive game clusters and web components for World of Tanks, World of Warships, and Wot Blitz
- Providing a full hardware lifecycle from procurements up to return to the vendor
- Processes build, their automation, and integration into production environment
- Confident skills of standard console commands usage
- Skills of working with versioning systems
- The ability to independently make decisions at their own level on day-to-day tasks
- In-depth understanding of the processes of the division related to the provision of capacities
- Scripting skills
- Understanding of the work of infrastructure management systems and the skill of working with it as a user
- Understanding virtualization and hardware operation
- Understanding the basics of computer networking
- Excellent proficiency in English and Russian languages.
The salary range for this role in Vilnius is EUR 3000-3500 monthly gross.
