As a FX Artist and reporting to the Artistic Director, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing real-time VFX for gameplay.
In this context, your missions are:
- Design and prototype multiple gameplay feedback effects
- Master the VFX editor within the project and suggest ways of improving the management of gameplay VFX.
- Optimize VFX and find the best solutions for producing effects that adapt to the technical constraints of our game engine and the technologies used.
- Ensure the artistic quality of VFX in line with the direction given by the Artistic and Technical Departments.
- Possibility of working on cosmetic customization FX
- You have significant experience of real-time VFX production
- You are preferably familiar with Unreal Engine, its Niagara VFX system and its shader creation tool
- You have a good knowledge of 2D/3D modeling and effects tools (Photoshop, 3DS Max, Maya, After Effect, etc.)
- You are autonomous, versatile and enjoy working as part of a team.
- You are fluent in English, enabling you to work in an international environment.
- You are passionate about video games and have a good knowledge of this industry.

- Contract : Temporary contract – Starting ASAP to end of January 2025
- Location: Role based in Bordaux – France
- Remote Work : Hybrid model
