As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a Producer to join the team and help us in crafting the high caliber games our fans have come to expect.
- Help translate new pipelines, workflows, features, ideas and requests into requirements and action plans
- Communicate and align with other departments
- Help analyse existing solutions and propose improvements
- As a reality check, play the game and use pipelines to assess priorities, progress and quality
- Identify and set up useful reports for the teams
- Prioritise, reprioritise, handle requests
- Help manage feature groups and ensure delivery according to specs
- Help organise and follow up on development and feature development
- Track work and progress and react accordingly
- Unblock, solve or escalate issues, remove distractions
- Experience in game development and game production
- Experience managing global and local teams
- Good English communication, writing and reporting skills
- Voice of reason and the reality check in the room
- Problem solving skills, going into finishing mode, identifying correct priorities
- Working with computers is second nature
- An international team of over 400 employees spread across 7 studios around the world, each of which have their own unique qualities, and maintain a small-studio feel
