As a Regional Publishing Producer (RPP), Strategy, WOT Franchise APAC, you will support the APAC Publishing Team and stakeholders to develop strategic priorities, align the regional business objectives, and share the best practices. The role has a primary focus on supporting Regional Franchise Director in terms of the strategy and planning business agenda. You will be a key member of the regional team performing primary and secondary research, competitive analysis, data review, strategy, workshops, and communications. You may also be assigned to drive ad-hoc strategy and initiatives.
Regional Franchise Director, WOT & WOWS APAC
- Work directly with Regional Franchise Director for OGSM model/framework that requires strategic thinking, implementation of the regional efforts, and regional insights
- Align yourself to key objectives as well as set clear priorities and direction
- Understand and lead the execution of the business objectives and goals for internal as well as external stakeholders
- Apply the understanding of disruptive trends and competitor activity to recommend changes, in line with leading practices
- Lead with integrity and make a strongly positive impact by energizing others, valuing individual differences, recognising contributions, and inspiring self-belief
- Deliver superior value and high-quality results to stakeholders while driving high performance from people across the APAC region
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Strategy, Publishing Strategy, and Product Management from strong game brands
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Self-initiator, capable of working independently, proactive and able to operate effectively in ambiguity
- “Can do” attitude and willingness to learn from and contribute to a high-performance culture
- Structured thinker with exceptional problem-solving ability and strong attention to an extreme level of detail.
- Logical reasoning, creative thinking, comfort with numbers, and the ability to untangle complex issues
- Comfortable with structuring and developing presentation materials for formal communications
Proven record in launching new product in the relevant industry like gaming, entertainment, media or FMCG
- Knowledge of Korean or Japanese language and its market
