- Enthusiastic about level design and design fundamentals.
- Comfortable working in the highly iterative and ambiguous realities of early game development.

- Effective at breaking down complex ideas and communicating them effectively across disciplines.
- Motivated and independent when possible, unafraid to ask for help when needed, and always willing to offer help.
- Skilled at giving and receiving feedback on game design and interpersonal interactions.
- Drive the creation of worlds, including activities, encounters and level design.
- Prototype and build activities that support long term sustainability
- Work closely with art and narrative to ideate new biome concepts.
- Playtest and help evaluate encounters to help drive how AI and players interact.
- Attend playtests and provide constructive feedback across all aspects of the game.
- Communicate the technical requirements and vision for design workflows and pipelines.
- Support the team with desk side communication.
- 8+ years of professional experience as a Designer.
- Experienced in level design and knowledgeable in many other areas of design.
- Advanced Unreal Blueprint or related scripting engine experience and/or foundational experience programming in C++/C#.

Eligibility to participate in these benefits may vary for part-time and temporary full-time employees and interns with the Company.
Compensation:
- This is a full-time, benefits-eligible, exempt (salaried) position.
- The full salary range for this position is $147,000 – $222,000 per year. The upper third of the salary range is typically reserved for existing employees who demonstrate strong performance over time. When an offer is made, many factors are considered, such as your unique experience and skills, where you live, where the work will be performed, what similar jobs pay, internal equity, and what you’re looking for.
- In addition to base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for additional incentives, such as a sign-on bonus and short- and long-term incentives. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
