RELATIONSHIP: This position reports to the Associate Director of Production Operations.
JOB OVERVIEW:
As a Senior Art Producer on Campaign, you will work closely with Production and Art leadership to drive daily operations that improve the quality of our product. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be willing to work through feedback and process improvements. You will work to understand the specific needs of our Campaign Art teams, and drive process improvements to optimize the output of the team. Above all, we are looking for a dedicated, organized and energetic individual to work with our team to serve as a consistent advocate for the Art team, to set up and maintain a reliable system for Art work and team communication, and to write supporting documentation for constant improvement and visibility.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works with Executive and Lead Production to attend Art Reviews and Mission Reviews, and put in place systems to effectively and quickly generate notes and tasks with a focus on Art needs.
- Runs Sprint Planning meetings for Art teams, ensuring all Art work is assigned and prioritized correctly, and that dependencies are mapped.
- Takes initiative removing Art team roadblocks and escalating risks to impacted parties.
- Integrates with the Art teams to understand their processes and challenges, and works with leadership on creative and effective solutions to problems.
- Triages art bugs and works with Art and Production leaders to prioritize and assign them accordingly.
- Runs stakeholder reviews. Works with Art Leads to set agendas for these meetings and ensure alignment with both team and stakeholders before, during and after the meeting.
- Maintains documentation for Art Production process best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5 years in the Game industry or related field.
- Contributed to 2 or more shipped titles.
- Proven ability to own complex projects from concept to ship in game development.
- Proven ability to work in rapid development cycles in the game industry with a focus on creative departments.
- Demonstrated aptitude for organization, scheduling and project management. Certified Scrum Master, Project Management Professional, or similar project management certification preferred.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to focus on priorities, manage change and deliver against agreed deadlines.
- Background in art development and an understanding of art pipelines in AAA game development is a bonus.
- Passion for games; regular player of Call of Duty is a bonus.
- Proficient in Confluence, Jira, and Sheets/Excel.
