  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for key product health metrics.
  • Build reusable insights resources that empower the team to understand how players are engaging with their features.
  • Dive into behavioral data to find the story behind the KPI and communicate takeaways effectively across a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Connect the development and publishing teams to actionable problems, opportunities, and highlights of the live player experience through impact-focused analysis outputs.
  • Balance dashboarding and reporting with ad-hoc analysis requests and self-directed exploration.
  • Partner with Product, Player Support, and Community to support multi-signal insights pipelines and inform ongoing player engagement opportunities.
  • Implement and maintain basic ETL/ELT processes to empower efficient and scalable access to the most frequently used insights.
  • Spec and drive requests for advanced ETL/ELT and other data pipeline needs.
  • Regularly audit event data for data quality issues and file them with the dev team.
  • Drive new feature telemetry specs and ongoing data quality improvements
  • 5+ years experience in a data analyst or similar role
  • Direct experience working as a data analyst on PC / Console games
  • Advanced query language skills and the ability to write efficient, reusable, maintainable queries
  • Experience building and maintaining interactive visualizations in Tableau, PowerBI, d3.js or similar toolset
  • Experience building and maintaining basic ETL/ELT scripts and defining data warehousing requirements that empower efficient analysis work
  • Experience with Kusto Query Language
  • Experience with Azure Data Explorer and Azure Data Factory
  • Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages
  • Experience leveraging realtime and near-realtime data sources on a live game
  • Experience working with large plain text datasets such as support tickets or community reports
