We’re searching for a Senior Product Manager on our Analytics team who can help drive the team’s product vision and strategy. This Senior Product Manager will work closely with Zynga’s marketing teams to understand their technological needs as they build out engaging experiences for our new and existing player base. Projects will range from development of automation tools, data pipelines, and ML models empowering marketers to effectively and efficiently meet their business objectives.

- Establish the product vision and strategy that will help improve marketing operations and performance across our business.
- Partner with marketing teams to understand user needs and establish success criteria with clearly measurable objectives and key results to deliver a great end-user experience.
- Partner with a world-class team of Engineers, Analysts, and Data Scientists to execute on product deliverables and deliver on the team’s mission.
- Impact end-to-end product lifecycle of features spanning multiple areas.
- Evangelize products within global organizations including marketing teams, data scientists, designers and leadership teams.
- Collaborate to solve novel problems introduced by the ever-changing and increasingly challenging marketing data ecosystem.
- Be or become an expert in Marketing data strategies and technologies including key vendors in the space, pros and cons of competing approaches, and trade offs involved with different strategies.
- Implement best in class product development and management practices.
- Communicate concisely and influence outcomes.
- Develop the product roadmap and build alignment on prioritization which drives product execution.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform product success & health.
- Act as the glue between Marketing and Analytics teams to ensure all the teams are moving towards the same goal.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills a must with a Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or Business.
- 4+ years of professional experience in a product management role.
- Prior experience in working with Marketing teams or building marketing technology solutions.
- Solid understanding and experience within mobile marketing measurement, with privacy considerations and analytics.
- Demonstrated experience with scoping projects, collecting requirements, creating product specifications, carrying features from ideation to deployment.
- Good knowledge of agile software development methodologies and software development life cycle.
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating across global teams in different organizations.
- Experience with metrics-driven decision making.
- Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding strategy.
- A track record for high performance and team/project leadership.
- Enthusiastic, performance-driven self-starter and team player.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $98,400 and $145,620 per year.
However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
