Job Description

As a Game Outsourcing Producer at Fortis Games, you will play a pivotal part in establishing and maintaining robust connections with external vendors, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of project requirements, collaborating with our talented internal teams to define project scopes, create detailed plans, and set clear quality standards.

What you’ll achieve

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.

  • Identify and select high-quality outsourcing partners based on expertise, portfolio, and capabilities.

  • Maintain strong vendor relationships for clear communication and successful project execution.

  • Define project scopes with internal teams, optimizing efficiency and reducing misunderstandings. to define the scope of work for outsourcing projects, including asset creation, animation, coding, or other specialized tasks

  • .Develop detailed project plans with outsourcing partners for accurate tracking and timely deliverables.

  • Establish quality standards with partners to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality assets.

  • Manage project budgets efficiently in collaboration with finance and project management teams.

  • Monitor project timelines to ensure on-schedule delivery, addressing delays promptly for timely completion.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

  • Familiarity with various aspects of game development, including art, animation, programming, and quality assurance.

Proven experience in project management and outsourcing coordination within the game development industry.

Strong understanding of game development processes and workflows.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
