1. 根据项目需求，完成高品质的3D场景模型。
2. 参与设定3D场景组工作流程，并设立3D场景质量标准。
3. 参与管理、整合3D场景美术资源。
4. 关注行业动态，保证美术品质领先。
1. Create high-quality 3D environmental assets in a variety of genres and styles according to the project requirements.
2. Participate in setting the workflow of the 3D environmental assets group and set up the quality standards of the 3D environmental assets.
3. Participate in the management and integration of 3D environmental assets to enhance quality.
4. Pay attention to industry trends and ensure the leading art quality.
Skills & Requirements
1. 热爱游戏，熟悉欧美写实风格，至少5年以上3D场景经验。
2. 美术基础扎实，色彩、材质感觉敏锐，具有较高的审美能力。
3. 有较好的沟通协调及表达能力，有推进及解决问题的意识和能力。
4. 具备协作精神，有主动意识，责任心强，能承受一定压力，保持学习精神。
5. 熟悉商业U3D引擎，熟练掌握3DsMAX, Zbrush, Maya, Substance Painter, Photoshop等软件工具。
6. 有成功项目经验者优先。
1. Love games, be familiar with European and American realistic styles, and have at least 5 years of experience in 3D Environment design.
2. Solid art foundation, keen sense of color and material, and high aesthetic ability.
3. Have good communication, coordination and expression skills, and have the awareness and ability to promote and solve problems.
4. Have a spirit of cooperation, have a sense of initiative, have a strong sense of responsibility, can withstand certain pressure, and maintain the spirit of learning.
5. Familiar with commercial U3D engine, proficient in 3DsMAX, Zbrush, Maya, Substance Painter, Photoshop and other software tools.
6. Candidates with successful project experience are preferred.
