Ketchapp is on the lookout for a dynamic Lead Video Marketing Artist to guide our marketing video artist team towards innovative concepts and high-performance marketing strategies. This role balances creative leadership & management with hands-on video production, ensuring our marketing visions align seamlessly with our production values.

While leading, you’ll also be hands-on with the same creative tasks as our Marketing Video Artists.

As the Lead Video Marketing Artist, your role will include:

  • Creative Leadership: Lead the exploration of innovative ideas and concepts to enhance future marketing performance. Foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement within the team. Instill a data-driven mindset within the team, utilizing marketing analytics. Encourage the team for innovation and independent creative testing.
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the video artist team through regular feedback and knowledge sharing. Foster skill growth and professional development.
  • Project Management: Oversee the video artist side project roadmap, ensuring alignment with studio priorities and optimal resource allocation.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure all projects related to creative management are clearly detailed and followed up in the roadmap.

In addition to leading, you’ll also contribute directly by:

  • Designing and producing high-impact advertising assets for user acquisition campaigns and soft launches, focusing on maximizing IPM, CTR, CVR, and CPI metrics.
  • Conducting thorough analyses of creative performance across acquisition channels, leveraging insights to surpass performance goals.
  • Performing competitive benchmarks to identify new trends and ideas, ensuring Ketchapp remains at the forefront of marketing innovation.
  • Creating cross-promotional materials, ASO, or branding assets to enhance Ketchapp’s market identity.

We are looking for someone with a creative spark and a keen eye for detail to join our team. While we value experience and skills, we are also open to individuals who are passionate about video production and eager to learn.

Here’s what we hope to find in our ideal candidate:

  • Proven Experience in Marketing Video Production: Your track record should demonstrate your ability to create compelling video content and to drive creative strategy.
  • Understanding of Marketing Metrics: Familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) like CTR, CVR, and CPI would be beneficial. However, a willingness to dive into marketing analytics data and learn what makes a successful Advertising campaign is just as important.
  • Creativity and Innovation: We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious and always on the lookout for new, exciting ideas. Whether you have a background in creative roles or simply love brainstorming innovative concepts, your creative thinking is what counts.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team, sharing ideas, offering constructive feedback, and learning from others. If you have experience leading or mentoring, that’s a plus, but primarily, we want someone who believes in the power of teamwork.
  • Technical Skills: You have an extensive experience working with After Effect and Premiere Pro.

Recruitment process

  • [30 minutes]: phone call with a recruiter
  • [60 minutes]: visio interview with the manager of the role and the recruiter
  • [60 minutes] : final visio interview with Ketchapp’s COO and the HR Partner of the team
