What you’ll do
- Assist in the procurement process for IT resources, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisitions
- Help maintain vendor contact information and documentation
- Support the implementation and management of asset-tracking systems
- Collaborate with teams to understand their IT needs and assist in providing procurement solutions.
- Participate in audits of IT assets to ensure compliance and proper licensing
- Assist in analyzing procurement activities and asset utilization to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Help develop and maintain IT procurement and asset management documentation
- Work closely with IT, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations
- Assist with monthly expense reports and cost tracking
What We’re Looking For
- Basic understanding of IT procurement and asset management.
- Basic understanding of IT hardware and software.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in managing IT procurement and assets in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, comfortable working in a team environment.
- Familiarity with IT asset management tools and software.
- Accredited certification in procurement, supply chain management, or asset management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP, ITIL, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent education or work experience.
