Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Art Analyst for a new F2P AAA experience being developed at DPS Games. The right individual can be based onsite or hybrid working in our Guildford studio, or remotely from Prague/Belgrade studios. You will help us build the next big free-to-play PC title from Wargaming, the company that brought us World of Tanks and one of the strongest free-to-play PC game companies in the world.

Principal Technical Artist

  • Art branches configuration and management. Delivery process support and improvement. Maintain content hierarchy and naming conventions.
  • Art quality assurance. Including content review, test plans creation and performing necessary checks (visual, performance). Including time estimates required & collaborating closely with PMs and Team leads to make sure they are properly handled in the Art branches delivery planning.
  • Support artists in GIT issues and help resolving GIT conflicts.
  • Content management. Support workflow of content delivery from local branches to the master branch. Merge art content from local branches to the main art branch, create and maintain QA Story and Pull-requests with stream changes. Observe for testing period and help QA with bug management.
  • Running performance tests, analyze results and provide tasks for the development team.
  • Maintain documentation of GIT workflows.
  • Research and develop art workflows. Analyse weaknesses or potential improvements of art production together with the Tech Art team and suggest/provide changes to workflow.
  • Experience in using GIT, Perforce
  • Skills in TestRail, Jira
  • Understanding of CI/CD Process
  • QA experience in an art production team
  • Good communication skills
  • Skills in Unreal Insight, Nvidia Nsight, Renderdoc
  • Strong 3D (or tech) artist experience
  • Python skills for making perftests scenery
