You’ll collaborate closely with artists and developers to implement art assets and visual effects in Unity for mobile game development.
You’ll utilize shader knowledge to create optimized visual effects.
You’ll propose and implement innovative solutions to optimize environment art and enhance pipeline efficiency.
You’ll organize assets effectively and conduct final quality checks on 3D assets to ensure compatibility and performance.
You’ll demonstrate proficiency in the Git process, including Git flow, conflict resolution, and supporting artists in resolving issues.
You’ll use knowledge of merge request/pull request processes to facilitate collaboration within the development team.
You’ll create optimized graphics with Unity URP or other render pipelines.
You’ll generate comprehensive documentation for technical processes and workflows.
You’ll develop scripts and components to streamline object interactions and enhance project functionality.

4+ years of experience in a technical artist role within the game development industry, experience in racing games preferable.
Proficiency in shader development and optimization for mobile platforms using Unity.
Strong organizational skills and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Expertise in Git processes, including Git flow, conflict resolution, and merge/pull requests.
Familiarity with Unity URP, other render pipelines is a plus.
Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation.
Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining order and precision in all tasks.
Experience in writing scripts and components to enhance project functionality and workflow efficiency.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively within a team.
Excellent English to communicate with the international team.
